Programs

The Cub Scout program focuses on developing the boys through various activities. Cub Scouts all work toward their ranks. The scouting program develops the character of the boys through the 12 core values (Citizenship, Compassion, Cooperation, Courage, Faith, Health and Fitness, Honesty, Perseverance, Positive Attitude, Resourcefulness, Respect, Responsibility). Outside of earning rank, the boys can work on the Academic and Sports program which provides the opportunity to learn new techniques, increase scholarship skills, develop sportsmanship, and have fun. Age-appropriate day camp (Tigers, Wolves, Bears and Webelos) and resident camp (Webelos) programs combine fun and excitement with doing one's best, getting along with others, and developing an appreciation for ecology and the world of the outdoors. Cub Scout pack families enjoy camping in local council camps and other council-approved campsites.
